breakfasttt: really big bowl of oatmeal with sweet n' low, raisins and pb. about 1.5 cups of frosted flakes with 1 cup of reduced fat milk, a banana, clemintine and apple.
lunch: turkey sandwich, banana, naval orange, powerbar.
snack: jelly beans

RACE
fuel: fage 2% with peanutbutter
CELEBRATION : cake, salmon, veggie, icecream, ricecakes, chocolate and cookies!
im taking a week off from running, but im very happy with my performance so far. hopeing to make it to olympics when i get older. but im gonna try and be a "normal" teenager til next sunday, so don't expect one from me. sorry, but hey. a girls gotta have some funn :P <333333

running and binging?

lots of food lots of running.
these past few weeks have been amazing. espically witth running!
im beginning my taper, or have already begun, because I HAVE NATIONALS THIS WEEEKEND! WOOOOOOOO!
saturday- 5:20 mile total on the day - 6.5
sunday- easy 3.5
monday- 1.5 mile warm up. 2X2.1 hilly miles @ 6:30 pace w. 5 min. recovery. 6X100 m. fast with 100 m. walk 3/4 cool.
tuesday- 1.5 warmup. 200- :34 400- 1:19 1000- 3:35.6 400- 1:13.5 400- 1:14 200- :35 200- :34. 1 mile cool. GREAT RUNNN
wednesday- taper starts :/. 1.5 mile warm up. 4.5 jog around 7:50 pace. 1/4 mi. cool
thursday- ugh im dying. 1.5 warm THEN ONLY 3 MILES. about 24:30. 4X100 m. strides w. 100 m. walk. 3/4 cool.

ive been eating too much. any other runners out there struggle with bigning.
like i eat normal for breakfast, and lunch( given i only have 20 minutes ) and have about 800 calories, but when i get home, i literally consume about 2000 calories in 1 hour. and its shit, like chocolate and stuff?! and then later i consumer about 800 more. but like its not like im binging, im still hungry. like i can eat normal 800 calories, but im still hungry even if i wait 20 minutes. any body help with this?
i also have a ?.
when would be the time somebody like me ( eats most around 4) weighs the least. i don't feel like it would be in the am, because im still pretty full.

Breakfast: oats, pb, jelly, egg whites, grahm crackers, and syrup
Snack: banana and raisins

snack 2:grahm crackers, banana and chocolate chips (:

"lunch" around 4: cod fish, refried beans with corn and salsa, califlower, broccli and green peppers. hot sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce and mustard for dippage of all!



snack: 2 huge scoops of carmeal swirl icecream with hot coco powder. you have to try this(:


"Dinner" was yogurt, with "health" cookies crumbeled in, also lots
of pb chips and chocolate chips( i mean a tonnnn) and 2 100 calorie packs of grahm crackers


Dessert / part of dinner : more pb chips and 2 more huge scoops of icecream. i ate half the half galloon :P


and night time snack around 11: yet more pb chips and more grahm crackers. can you say im addicted (; or is that all we have in the house(;
you decide!

and then i went over to my friends house and forgot my tooth brush, and if they say you forget your toothbrush, and apple will do half the job. An apple a day really does keep the doctor away!
RUNNING TIME

Yesterday, here in DC was frigid cold with a lot of snow.
Thankfully, my family memebers are kind enough to help me plough out lane one of the track, as i had a speedwork that needed to be done.
The workout was:

4X1000 @ 3:40 with full recovery. which means as long as i need.
2X400 @ 1:20 with full recovery.
4X200 @ :37 with full recovery.

actual times were 3:42, 3:40, 3:39high, 3:39high. perfectt
1:17.5, then 1:20. perfectt
:38, :38,:37:35.8 close enough.
as you can see im deff. a long distance runner (:
DID ANYONE ELSE GET BOMBARDED WITH SNOW AND STUCK INSIDE?!

and here are the rest of my days eats. snack was apple and cheese.
dinner was potatoes (3) with cheese, cereal with pb and honey and marshmallows. and of course....more snow crack. I also had 2.5 pieces of pizzza from a runners shop (:













So breakfast this mornings was a delicious bowl of...oatmeal. It's unpictured because my mommybrought that to me in bed (: it was 1 cup of dry oatmeal cooked in 1 cup of rasberry water & 1/2 cup of milk. Peanutbutter, jelly and a baked apple with lotts of yummy spices.
Also, since i was so hot, i had SNOW CRACKK (: gotta love it.




































Lunch was a lot of turkey breast with red pepper flakes with barbecue sauce, ketchup and mustard. Also had 2 tbsp. of pb, 3 tbsp. of honey, grahm crackers and a banana. Im not a meal person. I just grab whatever looks good and rolll with it (:












Snackky was French Vanilla icecream (times the pic X2) with coca powder sprinkled, i mean poured, on! and more snow crack (:

Christmas (:

Yesterday, was thefirst time in probably 2.5 years i was triggered.
I know this is horrible to say, but i'm used to being the smallest one wherever i go.

My cousing just got out of a bad situation, and she refused to eat there.
so now shes about my size, maybe even bigger. It's just so hard for me. I reallllly need to stop comparing. But even though, i still ate my many calories.

Yesterday, I did a wonderful run.
2 mile warm @ 7:57 pace.
5 X 1000 m. @ 3:44 with :90 rest.
2 mile cool @ 8:42 pace
goood run, and i got a delicios protein smooothie, and 2 cliff bars, but only ate one!

But i had the other one this morning(:

i also had some truffles, and a HUGE thing of apple juicee (:
