yay!

hey guys, sorry i haven't posted much but i promise im sticking to my 4000 calories, ill have a BUNCH of pictures up on friday, im just so slammed with running and tests this weeek and last, so please forgivee meeh. the other day i had a KILLER workout

1.5 mile warm @ 8:00 pace.
4X1 mile @ 6:13 pace with 90 seconds rest
1 mile easy @ 9:00
6X200 @ :44 with 200 super slow jog.
1/5 mile cool- 4:12

I WAS DEADD ! haha and then took an icebath and got 30 grams of protein abd 15 grams of fat and a bunch of carbs, then a real meall, yumm <33

Good morning, it's a beautifulll sunday morning here!






The sun is beaming down on all the colorful leaves(:

yesterday, i finally got my camera back from my friends, and took some pictures of my eatts;




Breakfast was a delicious bowl of oatmeal, cooked in 1 cup of soy milk a banana, apricots and vanilla. after whipping that in, i added a handful of dry fruit and trail mix along with extra almonds. Also, i enjoyed a pinapple strawberry smoothie made with pinapple, strawberries, yougurt and milk!




For a snack i had a large whole weat bagel, 1/2 with strawberry jam and cream cheese!


lunch isn't pictured BC i went to friendlys(: started out with the pick 2 for 2.
It was a steak, and a breaded buttery flounder patty! it was delicious, along with spanish rice and melody of broccli, green beans and califlower! and, yes ofcourse we had to get dessert! I got create your own double scoop with chocolate chip cookie dough icecream, hotfudge sauce, heath crushed up bars, whipped cream ,a cherry, and sprinkles!


For dinner I had a a huge bowl of pasta with pesto sauce and italian sausage. Times the picture by two(: I also had a chobiani orogional with grapes, sugar, and granola.

When i went to whole foods, they gave out so many samples. I had about 1/2 -3/4 serving of turkey breast, and a 2 tablespoons of they milk stuff! IT WAS 230 CALORIES PER 1/2 CUP!
whoever is trying to gain weight, buy this!
Before i went to bed, i had another bowl of savory oats, the exact same kind up there, expect with sprinkles too! haha and a bowl of squah and broccli with barbecue saucee!

sunday!

Sorry i havent been posting very well, i just got my camera about 20 minutes ago, but i have been eating a ton lately 4000+ calories, you would be impressed!
To start off my day, i had a scrumptiomous bowl of oats and a smoothie!

the oatmeal was 1/2 cup flax enrinched oatmeal, cooked in 1/2 cup whole milk and 1/4 cup of peppermint tea. Then i added( whipped ) in a super ripe banana and added sweetned coconut, dried pinapple & mango, banana chips and dried papaya, with a small handful of almonds. The smoothie was 1 breyers yougurt and 1.5 c. whole milk & some suggga!

well, i'm having some trouble spacing out my foods. Like when I come home from school, I literally cannot stop eating. I need the calories, i know and Im not like upset at all about that, i just need some advice/help on how to space it out better. Because i eat so much, i can only have a few bites for dinner, and no snack! HELP! one time actually, i measured my waist and it was 23, and then after it was 28 ?! THAT IS CRAZZY! and a few hours later it was back to normal. Sorry, i just had to get that out! And i can't talk to my rent's about it because my mom has a little problem that i dont wanna get into. thank you alll

ohh and by the way , i made my own pizza, and you have to try it!
get a pizza crust, add on tomatoe paste and sauce, pepperjack cheese, curry and chili powder, some turkey bacon, with lots of squah&basil. After cooking on about 350 for 15-20 min. add some parmesean cheese and hot pepper flakes annd cook for another 2 minutes of broil! TALLK ABOUT YUMMMY >33

loveely day!

Hey guys, so the rest of my day went great (:
After breakfast, I went on a run. I did 4 by a mile at 6:30 pace with 2 min. of rest inbetween.
Ofcourse, after i'm done with all that hard work, i'm ready for some protein filled food!
I decided to have :
a delicious salad with romaine lettuce, cucumbber, pepper and sesame asian dressing.
2 mini " pizzas" made of 2 huge slices of fresh bread with tomatoe paste, tomatoe sauce, 3 slices of kraft, some parmasean(?), squash, basil, curry and chili powder and some hot sauce. CAN YOU SAY HEAVEN?! and also a delicious mango. After i ate, i went in the shower and talked to my boyfriend for an hour or two. I came down and it was about 4, so my tummy said time for a snackk (:
I had canned papaya, pineapple and mango in a passionfruit sauce. Along side, i had a delicious glass of hot chocolate made with 12 oz. whole milk, and 2 packets of hot chocolate with a peppermint stick or two (;
After, me madre and I went to the dollar store and purchased some much needed pretzals to go along with my new peanutbutter!
For dinner, i had a can of tuna with ketchup and a tiny bit of mayo, acorn and butternot squah with honey on top! Also, a hugee bowl of smart start, with some rasins and almonds on top.
For dessert, i had chocolate marshmellow icecream, with a banana, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg! absolutely amazinng(:


I do have a question for anyone that reads my posts! How do you make acorn squash taste better! I love all kinds of squash, but this just isn't hitting it right on the mark!

Later, i had a few servings(3) of pretzals with 2 tbsp of peanutbutter and 1 tablespoon of nutella <33

Good morning (:
Today we get off of school because of parent teacher confrences, so i enjoyed sleeping in an extra 90 minutes today. Thankfully, my mom doesn't have a confrence so there is nothing to worrry about. Friday, Saturday and Sunday were all very fun, as i was super busy with all of my friends! That is something i very rarely get to do because usually I have a race or something like that! Well, since it was Halloween Saturday, I ate literally about 30 candy bars! ahh, major stomach ache, but hey once a year ain't badd (;

Well, i am getting my camera back from my friends soon but so far today I have j ust had brekkie:

It was a delishious smoothie made of strawberry breyers yogurt with real chunks, silk soy milk, a little ice, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and lots of honey! To warm me up I had organic flax instants oats cooked in peppermint tea, honey, vanilla and milk(: i garnished it with cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg!
