2.8.10

Breakfast: oats, pb, jelly, egg whites, grahm crackers, and syrup
Snack: banana and raisins

snack 2:grahm crackers, banana and chocolate chips (:

"lunch" around 4: cod fish, refried beans with corn and salsa, califlower, broccli and green peppers. hot sauce, ketchup, barbecue sauce and mustard for dippage of all!



snack: 2 huge scoops of carmeal swirl icecream with hot coco powder. you have to try this(:


"Dinner" was yogurt, with "health" cookies crumbeled in, also lots
of pb chips and chocolate chips( i mean a tonnnn) and 2 100 calorie packs of grahm crackers


Dessert / part of dinner : more pb chips and 2 more huge scoops of icecream. i ate half the half galloon :P


and night time snack around 11: yet more pb chips and more grahm crackers. can you say im addicted (; or is that all we have in the house(;
you decide!

and then i went over to my friends house and forgot my tooth brush, and if they say you forget your toothbrush, and apple will do half the job. An apple a day really does keep the doctor away!
RUNNING TIME

Yesterday, here in DC was frigid cold with a lot of snow.
Thankfully, my family memebers are kind enough to help me plough out lane one of the track, as i had a speedwork that needed to be done.
The workout was:

4X1000 @ 3:40 with full recovery. which means as long as i need.
2X400 @ 1:20 with full recovery.
4X200 @ :37 with full recovery.

actual times were 3:42, 3:40, 3:39high, 3:39high. perfectt
1:17.5, then 1:20. perfectt
:38, :38,:37:35.8 close enough.
as you can see im deff. a long distance runner (:
DID ANYONE ELSE GET BOMBARDED WITH SNOW AND STUCK INSIDE?!
