so ive had some amaaazing runs and eats today! unfortunanteyl i misplaced my camera, uhwell (;

breakfasttt: really big bowl of oatmeal with sweet n' low, raisins and pb. about 1.5 cups of frosted flakes with 1 cup of reduced fat milk, a banana, clemintine and apple.
lunch: turkey sandwich, banana, naval orange, powerbar.
snack: jelly beans

RACE
fuel: fage 2% with peanutbutter
CELEBRATION : cake, salmon, veggie, icecream, ricecakes, chocolate and cookies!
im taking a week off from running, but im very happy with my performance so far. hopeing to make it to olympics when i get older. but im gonna try and be a "normal" teenager til next sunday, so don't expect one from me. sorry, but hey. a girls gotta have some funn :P <333333
